Starting situation
- My work at the Efeso Group had caused a stir.
- In 2020, I moved to MHP A Porsche Company to get to know large corporate structures and delve deeper into the automotive industry.
- I was hired as a “manager” in the company structure and assigned to a team. However, I mainly worked at partner level.
Highlights
STRATEGICALLY IMPORTANT PITCHES
- In sales, I was called in to differentiate strategically important pitches from the competition and improve pitch performance.
- This enabled us to win highly competitive budgets and strategically important customers.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Together with the managers, I trained and coached teams on the topics of pitches, more work, conflict communication and C-level communication.
- The development of one team caused quite a stir. This was known as the “problem team” and is now the most successful team in the company division.
INTERNAL/ EXTERNAL MANAGEMENT SPEECHES
- I was called in at partner level to prepare and rehearse strategically important speeches.
- This enabled the leaders to always find the right words and rally the teams behind sometimes difficult topics.
CHANGE COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES
- I developed the narrative of the upcoming transformation for an automotive manufacturer.
- This enabled every employee to be picked up, empowered for the change and taken along.
- The transformation program is still running today.
LECTURES & KEYNOTES
- For trade fairs, I have worked with experts to transform highly complex topics into gripping keynotes or presentations.
- This attracted attention and valuable leads.
- I have also given several keynotes on my topics, inspiring hundreds of people in the company.
EVENT CONCEPTION & MODERATION
- I designed and staged a team event consisting of 500 people according to the agreed communicative goal.
- I also developed and successfully carried out the moderation.
